PipeIQ is a B2B SMS campaign management platform operated by TradeBoost AI Ltd, trading as PipeIQ (Company No. 17227850, registered in England and Wales, London, UK). PipeIQ enables UK marketing agencies to create, manage, and dispatch SMS campaigns on behalf of their clients.
PipeIQ is open to eligible businesses via self-service signup at app.pipeiq.co.uk/signup. To be eligible you must:
PipeIQ reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where misuse is suspected.
You agree to use PipeIQ solely for lawful B2B marketing communications on behalf of your clients. You must not use PipeIQ to:
PipeIQ operates a zero-tolerance policy on misuse. TradeBoost AI Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any campaign, contact list, or agency account — without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
PipeIQ reserves the right to impose rate limits, temporary sending restrictions, or require account verification at any time where, in its reasonable judgement, an account's activity poses a risk to platform integrity or compliance — even where no specific breach listed above has occurred.
No refund will be issued on any remaining subscription period following termination for misuse. Message credits consumed prior to termination are non-refundable in all circumstances. PipeIQ may, at its discretion, provide notice of a potential breach before termination where the breach is remediable, but is under no obligation to do so.
New accounts receive a free trial of 10 free SMS credits with no time limit. No payment method is required to start a trial. During the trial, all platform features are available subject to these Terms; sending is limited by the trial credit balance, and continued sending once the free credits are used requires activation of a paid subscription or purchase of credits. PipeIQ reserves the right to limit or modify trial availability at any time.
PipeIQ subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, exclusive of VAT where applicable, at the plan prices published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. The core Growth plan is priced at £199 per month per agency account. The first payment is due at the time of account activation.
Clients who signed up under a prior pricing arrangement are honoured at the rates confirmed in their original order confirmation for as long as their account remains active and in good standing.
The Agency / White Label plan (£599 per month) includes an allowance of 3,000 SMS segments per monthly billing period. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period; unused allowance does not roll over. Once the included allowance is used, further messages are charged at the standard rate of 10p per segment and deducted from your credit balance in the normal way.
Inclusive allowances are provided for the genuine business messaging of the subscribing account and the client accounts it manages on the platform. Allowances may not be resold, transferred, pooled across unrelated accounts, or used to provide bulk messaging as a stand-alone service outside the platform. All use of an inclusive allowance remains subject to the acceptable-use and misuse provisions in Sections 2 and 3, including PipeIQ's right to rate-limit or suspend sending where volumes or patterns are inconsistent with legitimate commercial use.
SMS messages are charged at 10p per message segment (pay-as-you-go). One segment is up to 160 characters. Longer messages are transmitted by the mobile networks as multiple segments and charged accordingly — a 300-character message is charged as 2 segments. Messages containing emoji or certain non-standard characters (such as curly quotes and dashes) are limited to 70 characters per segment by the networks' character encoding. The campaign builder displays the exact number of segments and credits a message will use before you send it. Credits are deducted from your balance at the point of dispatch and may be topped up at any time via the Billing page. Volume credit packs may be available at the time of purchase — pricing is as published on the Billing page and may be updated from time to time.
Message credits are non-refundable once dispatched. Unspent credit balances are not refundable upon cancellation or termination except at PipeIQ's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
PipeIQ reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failure to pay any sum due within 7 days of the due date may result in account suspension. PipeIQ reserves the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
For all personal data you upload to PipeIQ (contact names, phone numbers, and any associated data), your agency is the Data Controller under UK GDPR. You are solely responsible for:
PipeIQ acts solely as a Data Processor, processing personal data only on your documented instructions for the purpose of delivering the platform services. PipeIQ will not use your contacts' data for any other purpose, including its own marketing. Full details are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms and must be accepted before using the platform.
Any ICO investigation, enforcement action, or fine arising from your use of PipeIQ — including from unlawful contact lists, missing consent, TPS breaches, or campaign content — is your responsibility as Data Controller. PipeIQ accepts no liability for such regulatory consequences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Maximum Liability: PipeIQ's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is capped at one month's subscription fee at the rate of your current plan.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All intellectual property rights in the PipeIQ platform, including its software, design, and documentation, are owned by TradeBoost AI Ltd. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PipeIQ for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. No rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of all contact data and campaign content you upload to PipeIQ. By uploading content you grant PipeIQ a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
Each client you manage within your PipeIQ account is assigned a dedicated UK mobile number, provisioned via Twilio. Numbers are allocated per client (not per agency account), ensuring each client maintains an isolated sending reputation with no cross-contamination between campaigns.
Number provisioning is completed within 1 business day of client creation. Upon account cancellation or client deletion, the number is released back to the Twilio pool and cannot be guaranteed for reactivation.
The cost of provisioning and maintaining dedicated numbers is included in the monthly subscription fee. PipeIQ reserves the right to reclaim a number assigned to a client if the account falls into arrears or is suspended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@pipeiq.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of any prepaid subscription month.
PipeIQ may terminate your subscription for cause (including misuse as set out in Section 3) with immediate effect and without refund. PipeIQ may also terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice, in which case a pro-rata refund of the unused subscription period will be issued.
On termination, your access to the platform will cease and PipeIQ will retain your data for up to 365 days before anonymisation, or will action deletion within 30 days of a written request to support@pipeiq.co.uk.
PipeIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Where changes are material, PipeIQ will provide at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of PipeIQ after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect by contacting support@pipeiq.co.uk.
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through written correspondence for a period of 30 days.
